摘　　要： 本文综述了电信业务交互问题产生的原因以及研究的背景、方法和发展，并以作者的研究成果为例说明如何用形式方法处理业务交互。 In this paper, we give a survey of feature interaction in telecommunication system, including its causes, the background and development of the research on it and the approach of how to manage it. Some achievement of our research has been taken as an example to show how to use formal method tO deal with feature interaction.
