摘 要: 研究了不同浓度的硝酸镧[La(NO3)3]对巴西虫草菌丝生长、多糖含量及胞外酶活性的影响。结果表明,在培养基中添加适当浓度的La(NO3)3后,菌丝体生物量、多糖含量及胞外酶活性均有一定程度的增加。当La(NO3)3的浓度为0.3g/L时,菌丝体生物量、胞内多糖含量、胞外多糖含量及淀粉酶活性均达到最大值,此后随La(NO3)3浓度的增大而逐渐减少。CMC酶活性在0.2g/L时达到峰值,随后也随La(NO3)3浓度的增大而逐渐降低。 Mycelium growth, and polysaccharide production, amylase and carboxymethyl cellulase levels, in cultures of Cordyceps brasiliensis Henn supplemented with different concentrations of lanthanum nitrate [La (NO3)3], were evaluated. Fungal biomass, intra- and extracellular polysaccharide production, and amylase levels reached peak values in cultures supplemented with 0.3 g/L La(NO3)3, and then decreased gradually with increasing concentrations of the La(NO3)3. Carboxymethyl cellulase (CMCase) levels were maximal in cultures containing 0. 2 g/L La (NO3)3, and then declined gradually with increasing supplementation of La(NO3)3.
