摘 要: 概述了超微粉碎技术的特点、分类及优势,介绍了超微粉碎技术在桑叶、桑椹和桑枝灵芝及桑枝灵芝孢子方面的应用情况。研究表明,超微粉碎对提高桑树资源的利用率、新型食品的开发、产品品质的改善等方面具有重要的作用。 The Super micron-milling technology and its application in comprehensive utilization of mulberry resource was introduced in this paper.The main application of Super micron-milling in the process of mulberry leaf, mulberry fruit, mulberry branch Ganoderma lucidum and its spores was discussed in details. The results of this study showed that the super micron-milling technology can play a significant role in improving utilization rate and product quality of mulberry resource and developing new food products.
