摘 要: 通过对碱激发碳酸盐矿-矿渣复合灌浆材料进行实验室模拟灌浆试验研究,获得实验室条件下灌浆工艺参数是:灌浆压力2.0~6.0MPa,保压3~5min;灌浆材料的优选参数是:硅酸钠溶液模数1.6,浓度35%,最优质量配比为:m(碳酸盐矿粉)∶m(矿渣粉)∶m(硅酸钠溶液)∶m[缓凝剂(固体)]=1∶0.43∶1.14∶0.0193,其灌注的砂柱体28d强度为8.7MPa,抗渗性能良好。 The simulated grouting experiment of alkali activated carbonatites-slag grouting material (AACSGM) pastes was carried out in laboratory, and grouting process parameters under laboratory conditions are obtained as follows: the grouting pressure being 2.0~6.0 MPa and keeping for 3 to 5 minutes; the optimum parameters of grouting material are: modulus of sodium silicate solution 1.6, concentration of sodium silicate solution 35%; the optimum mass ratio is: carbonatites powder: slag powder: sodium silicate solution: retarder (solid) =1:0.43:1.14:0.0193,the compression strength of sand cylinder grouted is 8.7 MPa at 28 days, the impermeability of the sand cylinder is very well.
