摘　　要： 通过分析图书馆流通工作中存在的问题 ,对图书馆流通管理工作进行了探讨。提出建立有效的规章制度 ,做好流通统计与导读工作 ,加强员工责任心和提高人员素质 。 This article aims to discover the existing problems in the circulation management of the library and puts forward several suggestions of solving them. These suggestions include setting up effective rules and regulations, doing well in circulation statistics and introductory reading, and enhancing the sense of responsibility and qualifications of the staff. This article discusses the modem management in library circulation.
