摘　　要： 介绍国外民营企业的融资方式 ,分析我国现有的民营企业融资渠道及其制约因素 。 This paper introduces the financing way of the foreign privately-run business, and analyzes the existing financing channel and the restrictions of privately-run business in our country. At last this paper drews a conclusion that the development of non-governmental finance is the best choice to solve the financing problem of privately-run business.
