摘　　要： 在现代篮球比赛中 ,“快、巧、稳、准、狠、变”的特点 ,往往是通过比赛的节奏体现出来。比赛中 ,比赛节奏是比赛致胜的关键因素之一。因此 ,本文重视对篮球比赛节奏的认识 ,研究对其影响的因素 ,把握运用时机及训练 。 Nowadays the characteristics of basketball games including fast, agile, stable, accurate, fierce and diverse are always manifested through the rhythm of game, which is one of the crucial factors leading to victory. Therefore, this article analyses the elements which can influence the rhythm of game and puts forward the exertion timing and training method, which has a positive effect on forcing the development of basketball.
