摘 要: 在高初糖谷氨酸发酵中 ,高玉米浆用量、高生物素用量可以明显降低高初糖对菌体细胞的抑制作用 ;且在接种量为 10 % ,玉米浆用量为 0 .5 5 % ,生物素用量为 10 μg/L ,初糖为 190g/L的谷氨酸发酵中 ,流加 5 0 0g/L的浓糖 ,30h的产酸率达到 14 5 .8g/L ,糖酸转化率达到 6 0 .32 %。 High dosage of maize slurry and biotin can reduce the restrainability of the high initial glucose concentration to thalline cell. When the dosage of inoculation was 10% , the dosage of maize slurry was 0.55% , the dosage of biotin was 10 μg/L, the initial sugar concentration was 190 g/L and the concentration of sugar adding was 500g/ L. Fermentation cycle was 30 hours. Average yield of glutamic acid reached 145.8 g/L. Conversion rate of glucose to glutamic acid was 60.32%.
