摘　　要： 电阻焊电流的检测是电阻焊质量控制的关键,本系统利用 89C55单片机使用逐点积分法对电阻焊焊接电流进行快速的在线检测,通过软、硬件系统的精心设计,提高了焊接电流检测的精度。 In the welding quality control, it is pivotal that the virtual value of Spot Welding current should be measured accurately. The system can measure the Spot Welding current quickly by using the Single-Chip Micro-Processor 89C55, through the Integral Point by Point method. The system has increased the measure accuracy of the Spot Welding current through the elaborate desingn of the softwane and hardware.
