摘　　要： 本文报道了采用国产新型驱虫抗生素——越霉素Ａ作为饲料添加剂，设２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，１０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１和５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１３个剂量组和对照组对２００头２～２．５月龄粪检确定有蛔虫和鞭虫感染的北京黑仔猪，分组进行了８周的对比饲养试验。结果表明：高、中、低剂量组的虫卵转阴率为１００％，对照组无变化；对各组猪随机抽样迫宰作虫体检查，高、中剂量组检出率为０，低剂量组为２０％，对照组为１００％。同时，高、中、低剂量组的猪与对照组的相比，平均日增重分别提高１２．６２％、７．７１％（Ρ＜０．０５）和１．５７％（Ρ＞０．０５）；饲料干重／增重分别降低７．４６％、６．２２％（Ρ＜０．０５）和２．２４％（Ρ＞０．０５）。综上所述，国产越霉素Ａ不仅对仔猪蛔虫和鞭虫有良好的驱虫效果，而且还有促仔猪快长，提高饲料报酬的作用。建议在牲猪生产中使用国产越霉素Ａ，推荐剂量为１０～２０ｍｇｋｇ－１。 It is reported first that a new type of anthelmintic antibiotic-Destomycin A made in China was used as feed additive. A contrasting feeding experiment persisting 8 weeks was conducted with 200 Beijing black piglets infected with ascarid and whipworm, observed the effect of the Destomycin A on deworming and growth promoting. The tested piglets were divided into four groups. Three groups were fed with the ration containing Destomycin A 20 mg/kg(HD), 10 mg/kg(MD), 5 mg/kg(LD) at the rate of respectively, and the 4th group was control. The results showed that Destomycin A of the HD,MD,LD groups can kill all of the worm egg in vive. Finally, used as 5 piglets of per group were killed randomly for counting worms in their intestine. All piglets of the HD and MD groups had not any worms, one piglet(20%) of LD group and 5 piglets(100%) of the controled group had worms. Comparing with the controled group, average gain daily of piglets in the 3 Destomycin A groups (group HD,MD and LD) was increased by 12.62% (P <0.01), 7.71% (P <0.05) and 1.57% (P >0.05) respectively; feed conversion was improved by 7.46%, 6.22% (P <0.05) and 2.24% (P >0.05) respectively. The results of the test indicated that Destomycin A made in China has good deworming effect on ascarid and whipworm in piglets. It can increase piglet weight and feed conversion. The effects of 20 and 10 mg/kg Destomycin A in piglet ration were much better than 5 mg/kg. It is suggested that Destomycin A made in China may be used as feed additive, the effective dose is 10-20 mg/kg Destomycin A in piglet ration.
