摘　　要： 首先对供应链网络的核心企业进行界定,然后根据产品的生命周期理论对供应链的进入机制进行了深入了分析,同时运用经济学原理和博弈论分析了供应链的退出机理,最后运用系统动力学对供应链的进入和退出机制进行了动态平衡分析。 The paper defines the core enterprises of SC network, discusses the entry mechanism of SC network according to the product life cycle theory, analyzes the withdrawal mechanism using the economic principle and game theory and finally, analyzes the dynamic equilibrium of SC network using system dynamies theory.
