摘 要: 采用嵌入式处理器进行仪表开发,将嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ应用在仪表中,构成嵌入式定量加液控制仪。通过实时多任务系统对所有任务的调度管理,解决在单任务系统中难以处理的实时性差的问题,同时增强系统工作的可靠性。应用表明,在充满噪声的环境中,仪表的抗干扰能力得到进一步提高,从而降低了仪表故障率,增强了系统的实时性。 The paper recommends the development of instrument which applies the embedded processor and operation system in the instrument of μC/OS-Ⅱ to control the quantitative liquid adding. The instrument solves the problem of non real time in the single work system and enhances the reliability of the system through the management on all the work by the real time and multi-work system. The practice shows the anti-jamming performance improved further so that the malfunction of the instrument is reduced and better real time respond is realized in the noisy environment.
