摘 要: 提出应用酚类化合物苯酚还原酸浸大洋多金属结核的新方法。试验研究表明,苯酚是多金属结核酸浸的高效有机还原剂,常温(室温)常压下,添加少量苯酚,将多金属结核矿样在稀硫酸介质中浸出20min,各有价金属即可得到很高的浸出率(%):Co>98、Mn>97、Cu>95、Ni>95,与常规无机还原剂相比具有明显优越性。该方法还可应用于陆地难浸氧化矿的处理。 A new process for the acid leaching of ocean polymetallic nodules using phenol com ̄poundphenic acid as a reducing agent is presented.It is proved thatphenicacid is an effec ̄tive organic reductant for the acid leaching of polymetallic nodules.When ground polymetallic nodules are leached in dilute sulfuric acidsolution for 20 minutes by adding small amount of phenic acid at ambient temper ature and pressure,the valuable metals in the nodule can reach high percentage extraction:Co>98,Mn>97,andCu,Ni>95,respectively.Compared with con ̄ventional inorganic reductants thephenic acid has obvious advantages.This method can also beapplied to the processing of land-based oxidized ores which are hard to leach.This process has greatprospects of practicaluse.
