摘　　要： 为提高小鼠胚胎移植的成功率,探索了合适的胚胎培养用液,研究了原核移植和囊胚移植对产仔率的影响.结果表明,CZB培养液适合ICR小鼠原核胚胎培养,囊胚发育率达到90.67%,囊胚移植的产仔率为53.33%,高于原核移植的34%.受体和供体不必同期处理,前者可比后者晚1 d处理. To improve the success rate of embryo transfer in mice, the suitable culture medium was explored and its effects on rate of full-term young of one-cell transfer and blastula transfer were studied. The results showed that CZB medium was fit for the culture of one-cell embryo of ICR mice and the rate of embryos developed to blastula was 90.67 %. The rate of transferred embryos developed to term in blastula stage （53.33%） was higher than that in one-cell stage （34%）. Simultaneous treatment wasn＇t mandatory and recipient might be disposed one day later than the donor.
