聚乙烯醇-硫脲体系中Q态CdS纳米粒子形成条件的探讨

摘  要: 聚乙烯醇体系中以硫脲为表面修饰剂合成了Q态CdS纳米粒子(Q-CdS).借助紫外-可见吸收光谱系统研究了硫脲加入量、pH值及Na2S加入量对Q-CdS形成的影响.结果表明,随着硫脲加入量的增大,Q-CdS粒径减小,粒径分布变窄;减小pH值从14到4对纳米粒子基本无影响,但至pH=2时,Q-CdS的特征吸收峰明显红移,表明形成的CdS颗粒粒径增大;减小Na2S加入量可得到粒径小且粒径分布窄的Q-CdS纳米粒子. Q -CdS nanoparticles were synthesized by using thiourea as modifying agent in poly( vinyl alcohol) (PVA) matrix. The impact of formation condition on Q - CdS was studied by UV - Vis spectrum. The results revealed that more CS( NH2 ) 2 led to smaller size and narrower size distribution. Decreasing pH from 14 to 4, the absorption of Q - CdS has no change, but when pH was decreased to 2, there was a red shift, which indicated the size of Q - CdS was bigger. Furthermore, when the dosage of Na2S was reduced, size of Q - CdS became smaller and size distribution became narrower.
