摘 要: 离休花生胚发育过程中,渗透调节(简称渗调)物质提高了胚内源ABA含量,促进了贮藏蛋白质花生球蛋白和伴花生球蛋白Ⅱ两个组分的合成,诱导和促进LEA蛋白的合成,内源ABA合成抑制剂fluridone抑制了渗调物质的作用。 Results of the experiment showedthat mannitol as an osmoticum raisedthe endogenous ABA content of peanut(Arachis hypogaea L. ) embryos culturedin vitro (Fig.1). The curve of thechange of endogenous ABA content wassimilar to that of the speed of synthesisof arachin and coarachin of storage proteins (Fig. 2A, C), and ABA also induced and promoted the synthesis ofLEA protein in peanut embryos culturedin vitro(Fig. 3). Fluridone, an inhibitorof endogenous ABA synthesis, decreased the content of endogenous ABAin peanut embryos cultured in vitro(Fig.1 ), its effect on the development ofpeanut embryos in vitro was opposite tothat of the mannitol osmoticum. It issuggested that the effect of mannitol onthe development of Peanut embryos isthrough the action of endogenous ABA,but the mechanisms by which they regulate the germination of Peanut embryosare different.
