摘　　要： 在法治社会,农民工这一弱势群体权益的保护,最终要上升至法律层面。作为盛产农民工的大省,湖南应该彻底转变思想观念,立足本地实际,构建出本省良好的法制环境,从根本上解决农民工权益保障问题。 In the society of rule by law, the protection of this rights and interests of peasant worker as disadvantaged group, eventually, will go up to legal surface. As the big province that abounds in peasant worker, Hunan should change thoroughly notion, stand on local reality, found the good legal environment in this province, solve problem of the rights and interests safeguard of peasant worker fundamentally.
