摘　　要： 猪的繁殖性状是一个重要的经济性状,是反映猪场水平和经济效应的重要指标。猪的繁殖性状由一系列主基因或数量性状位点(QTL s)控制,而产仔数是猪繁殖性状中重要的性状。本文综述了控制猪产仔数的候选基因或QTL s的研究进展。 Reproductive trait of pig is an important economic trait, which is a crucial index to reflect the productive level and economy efficacy of hogpen. The reproductive trait of pig is controlled by a series of main gene or quantitative trait locus （QTLs）, while total number born （TNB） is a most important trait for reproductive trait of pig. This article reviewed the progress of study on the candidate gene and QTLs to control the pig＇s TNB.
