摘　　要： 保单质押贷款是银行和保险公司之间为积极拓宽业务合作领域、突破传统合作项目而联手开发的一种质押融资新产品,贷款种类可以分为财产保单质押贷款和人身保单质押贷款。保单质押贷款必须经过一定的程序才能设立,在出质人不能按期清偿债务时,质权人可以按照法律规定的程序实现保单质权。 The impawning of guarantee slip is a new impawning financing product by bank and insurer, with their effort of opening up the cooperation field actively and of breaking through the traditional Cooperation item. The impawning of guarantee slip can be classified as the impawning of property slip and the impawning of personal slip. The impawning of guarantee slip must be set up according to certain procedure, when the pledger can not pay off debts on time, the pledge can implement the pledge right of guarantee slip according to the law procedure.
