摘　　要： 针对大学生职业规划中常见的一些问题进行分析,并提出了一些合理化的建议,对大学生职业生涯规划有指导作用。 Undergraduates＇ plan for career plays an important part in helping undergraduates improve their ability of being employed. It catches the attention of undergraduates and enterprisers. This paper analyses the common problems of undergraduates＇ plan for their career, and provides some rational advice, which could act as a guide to undergraduates＇ planning of their career.
