摘　　要： 加强大学生的课外科研训练是培养创新型人才的重要途径。本文介绍了南方医科大学大学生课外科研训练的组织实施过程和所取得的成绩，并就大学生科研能力培养的实施途径和激励机制进行了探讨。 Strengthening college students＇ extracurricular research training is a crucial method of training innovative talents. In this paper, we first introduced the process of organizing and implementing college students＇ extracurricular research training at South Medical University and the preliminary achievements we have made, Then, we discussed the implementing method and incentive mechanism of how to develop college students＇ scientific research ability.
