摘　　要： 利用滑石粉表面亲油性来吸附石蜡得到石蜡基施胶剂。对纸张进行施胶与加填,分析了石蜡基施胶剂的制备工艺以及产物在纸张中的应用性能。实验显示:利用石蜡改性滑石粉制备分散体的最佳工艺为:石蜡与600目滑石粉以1∶10的比例,在95℃下保温2h;所制备施胶剂对纸张施胶效果良好,同时施胶后纸张强度在相近灰分含量下较松香矾土施胶纸张提高41%。 On the base the knowledge of mineralogy and papermaking, the paraffin-based sizing agent is prepared by using the lipophilic surface of talc powder to adsorb paratfin. The product can be used to sizing of paper. The preparation of paraffin-based sizing agent and the influences of the application of this product as sizing agent on the properties of the paper were studied. It was showed that, the best conditions to prepare the product were that, mixing paragin and talc powders of 600 mesh with the proportion of 1 ： 10, heating up the mixture to 95℃, and keeping the temperature for 2 hours. The paraffin-based sizing agent prepared by this way can be used as the neutral sizing agent of paper, and the paper strength used this sizing agent is 41% higher than that of paper using conventional rosin sizing compared on the similar ash content and sizing of the papers.
