摘　　要： 本文使用“边界效应”的分析方法,将边界看作是贸易壁垒的一个综合指数,沿用Head和Mayer的边界效应模型,尝试性地研究了香港与泛珠江三角洲内地省份存在的贸易障碍。实证结果表明,最近几年,作为两地贸易壁垒综合指数的边界效应还在上升,市场在逐渐趋于非一体化。这说明CEPA的签署,虽则一定程度上减少了货物的关税和非关税壁垒,但未能真正消除香港与泛珠江三角洲内地省份的贸易障碍,必须采取其他更强有力的措施来促进两地区的一体化进程。 This article studies the border effects between Hongkong and Pan-Pearl River Delta.We use the model which is developed by Head and Mayer,that model decomposes border effects into parts such as non-tariff barriers and consumer preferences.Our results suggest that the average border effects between Hongkong and Pan-Pear River Delta is still very large in the latest years,the border haven＇t ＂effectively disappeared＂ since the CEPA＂ s implementation,we should take further measures to accelerate their regional integration.
