摘 要: In 1960’s -1970’s, there was renaissance in Marxist theory of state, which was composed of “capital-approach” and “class-approach”. The debates of the two approaches or within themselves stimulated the studies of Marxist theory of state, which provided valuable thoughts wealth for its development. However, these debates essentially exhausted the potential further for themselves, then the growth point is found in seeking transcends of separation or opposition between them. Accordingly, Jessop develops a new theory of state through the articulations among every field of social formation by introducing “strategy” conception and through the linkage of “capital-approach” and “class-approach” with state’s “strategy rational”. Moreover, he makes concrete interpretation and predication for the reality and the future of Capitalist State and accounts for the Schumpeterian Competition state in Post-fordism era, then suggests the “meta-governance” as outlet for contemporary theory of state through the combination between Marx’s pre-disciplinary critique of political economy and post-disciplinary social sciences. Jessop provides us a contemporary leveled stylebook for Marxist theory of state to rethink and reconsider State by this model.
