摘 要: 本文针对野中郁次郎提出的SECI知识创造模型的不足,借鉴博依索特的信息空间的概念构建了一个基于信息空间的组织学习模型。通过研究组织学习过程中知识的创造与转化,得出了知识在个人和组织内部以及个人、组织与社会之间的转移规律,从而有效弥补了SECI模型的缺陷,深化了对组织中知识创造的认识。 The paper sets up a model of organizational learning process by means of the definition of "information space" named by Max H. Boisot, aiming at the deficiency of Ikujiro Nonaka' s "SECI" knowledge creation model. By studying the knowledge creation and transformation in the process of organizational learning, the paper draws a conclusion how knowledge transfers between the individuals, organizations and society, which makes up for the deficiency of the "SECI" model and deepens the awareness of knowledge creation in organizations.
