催化裂化或延迟焦化分馏塔富吸收油返塔温度优化

摘  要: 借助流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ详细分析了吸收稳定系统富吸收油返回催化裂化或延迟焦化主分馏塔温度对操作及热量回收的影响。应用(火用)经济分析原理,针对不同的设计工况,通过分馏塔不同温位取热的相互权衡对富吸收油返塔温度进行了优化,以此改善主分馏塔操作的经济性。优化结果表明,相对于基准工况,优化的富吸收油返塔温度操作工况下年经济效益增加约26.9×104RMB¥。 With the help of the process simulation software-PRO-Ⅱ, the impact of variation of feedback temperature of rich absorption oil on the energy recovery and the operation of the main fractionator in fluid catalytic cracking or delayed coking units was analyzed in detail. Based on the exergoeconomic theory, the distribution of several pumparound heat removals of the fractionating column was optimized and the optimal feedback temperature was proposed for different design conditions. Through revamping, the economic benefit of the column operation was greatly increased. The results of optimization demonstrates that the annual economic benefit under the optimized feedback temperature of rich absorption oil is increased by 26.9 × 10^4 ¥ RMB against the selected base case.
