摘　　要： 高校实验室是培养创新人才的重要场所,是实施素质教育的重要基地.为适应新形势的要求,高校实验室管理要实现“六化”,结合当前实验室建设和管理中存在的主要问题,对新形势下实验室工作进行了探究. The university laboratory is an important place for cultivating the innovation talented person; it is also an important base for practicing quality education. In order to adapt the new situation, the university laboratory management must conform to six key points. Combined with the main problems in the current laboratory construction and management, it puts forward some measures.
