摘　　要： 催产素(oxytocin,OT)在母猪的繁殖方面有较广泛的调节作用,它能促进子宫上皮细胞释放前列腺素.分娩过程中使用催产素能够促进分娩,但对子宫内的胎儿也有较大的负面影响.在人工授精的精液里添加催产素虽然不能提高受胎率,却可以提高总胎儿数和健康胎儿数.综述了催产素在这三个方面的生理作用的研究进展. There is closed relation between OT and PGF2α, the release of PGF2αfrom uterine epithelium is promoted by OT. Administration of OT during parturition accelerates delivery course but leads negative effect to fetus in uterine. The pregnancy rates see no growth when OT was added into seminal fluid in artificial inseminaton, however, the total number of fetuses, as well as healthy fetuses is increased. This review focuses on the present study in the above three aspects of physiological effects of OT.
