摘　　要： 高等师范院校担负着培养合格师资的重要任务,教育实习是锻炼和提高师范生从事教育、教学工作能力的重要环节。提高教育实习质量应充分考虑到以下几方面:高度重视是前提;精选基地是保证;有效指导是关键;强化考核不可少。 Cultivating qualified teachers is the paramount task in normal colleges. Educational practice is the significant link to temper and improve the teaching ability of normal student. To improve the quality of educational practice should consider these factors： great attention is the prerequisite; choosing base is the assurance; effective guidance is the key; intensive examination is indispensable.
