摘 要: 本文详细研究了通过在钛酸铝陶瓷材料中添加滑石、叶腊石、锆英石等天然原料,而对钛酸铝热学性能和机械强度的影响关系。研究发现:添加适量的滑石、叶腊石、石英均能保持钛酸铝的低膨胀特性.且不同程度地抑制了钛酸铝的热分解,抗弯强度可高达52.9MPa。 It has been studied in detail how natural materials such as talcum, pyrophyllite and zirconite influence the thermal property and mechanical strength of aluminium titanate when they are added into it. It has been discovered that properly adding talcum, pyrophyllite or qtlartz can not only retain the property of low expansion of aluminium titanate but also suppress its thermal decomposition to various degrees, and enable its bending strength to reach as much as 52. 9MPa.
