摘　　要： 从土壤中提取微生物DNA的方法分两类——直接提取法和间接提取法,两类方法各有优势和缺陷,因而各有一定的适用范围。 There are two types of extraction methods of microbial DNA from soil——the direct one and the indirect one. The two types of method are applicable to certain scope for both have advantages and disadvantages.
