摘 要: 针对体育、艺术专业学生的实际英语学习情况,该文作者尝试把输入理论应用到这两个专业的大学英语教学中。经过一个学期的教学实验,证明了强化优质输入、丰富输入途径、控制输入难度有助于提高学生总体英语水平,并有助于逐步培养学生的语言输出能力和自主学习能力。 According to the English learning condition of the PE majors and Art majors, the author made an attempt to apply the Input Theory to college English teaching of these two majors. The oneterm empirical research indicated that increasing quality input, enriching the ways of input and controlling the degree of its difficulty were beneficial to the improvement of the students' English level and the cultivation of their output ability and learner autonomy.
