摘 要: 通过分析我国企业物质文化对员工激励的现状,指出在物质文化对员工激励的运用中存在的主要问题,进而探索改进企业物质文化对员工激励的措施。 The paper firstly analyses the current actuality of the material culture motivations to employees in Chinese corporations, and then shows the main existing problems in the proceeding of the material culture motivations to employees. Finally, in connection with the current actuality and the existing problems, some measures aiming to improve its motivating function are put forward.
