摘　　要： 本文阐述了高校教师培训质量的本质内涵及其多样化的质量标准,并在此基础上提出了高校教师培训应树立以下科学的质量观:发展、多样化和适宜性的质量观。 Firstly this paper theoretically defines the concept of teachers＇ training quality in higher education institutions and its diverse criteria,from which it came to the conclusion that the criteria of teachers training quality in higher education institutions should be based on such scientific quality criteria as development, diversification, feasible quality criterion.
