摘　　要： 二年制硕士生培养模式的改革倾向是以二年制为基础的弹性学制,这种培养模式既要有凸显培养特色的课程体系,也要有灵活性的学位论文制度;改革的难点主要表现在培养过程的时间衔接、评估体系的完善等方面;培养单位必须明晰改革思路,摸索符合本单位实际的二年制硕士生培养模式,强化评价与监督功能,以保证二年制模式下研究生的培养质量。 The reforming tendency for the cultivation of two- year - system postgraduates with master degree tends to be a flexible educational system based on two- year length. This cultivation model should not only have its special course system but also have elastic academic thesis system. The difficult points of the reform mainly are the time continuation during the cultivation process and the perfection of evaluation system. The universities concerned must clarify the reforming ways of thinking, research a cultivation model which applies to the practice of the university itself, and strengthen the function of evaluation and supervision to guarantee the educational quality of the two - year- system graduates with master degree.
