摘 要: 对漂白对全棉秆漂白化学浆尘埃度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,全棉秆漂白浆的尘埃主要来源于棉秆皮的黑色尘埃。由NaOH-AQ浆经氯化-碱抽提后的补充漂白可以看出,在白度相近的情况下,过氧化氢去除尘埃的能力稍优于次氯酸盐和二氧化氯,但3种漂剂去除尘埃的能力差别较小;漂白流程采用漂剂为氯气较氧气有较好的除尘埃效果。 The effects of bleaching on dirt count of bleached whole cotton stalk chemical pulp were studied in this paper. The results showed that high dirt count of bleached whole cotton chemical pulp mainly comes from bark's black dirt. The supplementary bleaching of NaOHAQ pulp treated by chloration and alkali extraction with different bleaching chemicals showed that hydrogen peroxide has better ability of dirt removing compared to hypochtorite and dioxide chlorine at condition of close brightness, but the difference was slight, and bleaching processes adopted chlorine had better ability of dirt removing than oxygen.
