摘　　要： 微型化学实验是近年来在国内外迅速发展的一种化学实验新方法,是在绿色化学和微型化学的理论指引下的实验创新变革。本文选择二个已在无机化学实验中开设的实验项目作为切入点,用常量实验方法与微量实验方法同时进行实验,并对实验结果进行分析、评价。结果表明:微型化学实验具有试剂用量少、测定结果符合实验要求、实验时间缩短、污染少、实验操作更安全等优点。 Micro chemical experiment is a kind of new method and rapid developing chemical experiment from all over the world in recent years. It＇s an experiment innovation under the guidance of green chemical and micro chemical. In this paper, two schemed items at biochemistry experiment were selected as initial practices. Analysis and evaluation of experimental results which gained by both ordinary and micro chemical experiment were conducted. The results showed that micro chemical experiment had many advantages, such as more safe operations, less reagent and pollution, short time of experiment, and could fulfill the experiment requirement as well.
