摘 要: 本文介绍了超临界萃取技术应用于食品添加剂的几个成功的实例,表明了超临界萃取在提取天然资源中微量高附加值成分方面具有广阔的应用前景. This paper surveys several applications of supercritical fluid technology in extraction of sever al food additives, such as coffee oil from roasted coffee beans, soy beans, and octacosanol from sugarcane. These processes have already been successfully industrialized.
