摘 要: 根据水下焊接的机理,研制出一种由单片机控制的脉动送丝机构与水下脉冲焊接电源相配合的送丝机。在水下焊接过程中,脉冲电源输出高电平时,停止送丝,电弧稳定燃烧并形成熔滴;脉冲电源输出低电平时,开始送丝,熔滴依靠送丝动量向熔池过渡。该送丝机构由单片机实现数字化控制,控制灵活,可以有效地控制水下焊接时的熔滴过渡,提高焊接电弧稳定性,减少飞溅,改善焊缝成型。 According to the mechanism of underwater welding,develop a pulsed-wire feeding system controlled by MCU and working with underwater welding power.During the welding process,when underwater welding power outputs high level,the system stops feeding wires and wires burn upwards with forming molten droplets.Contrarily,when underwater welding power outputs low level,it begins to feed wires and molten droplets transfer to welding pool depending on the feeding momentum.This system realizes digital control with the help of MCU.It controls freely and has an effective control on droplet transfer in the process of underwater welding.This system improves the welding arc stability and welding forming with fewer spatters.
