摘　　要： 有效转移农村富余劳动力,对于提高农民收入和社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。目前黑龙江省农村富余劳动力转移主要以异地转移为主,劳动力的异地转移是工业化及城市化发展过程中的一种必然现象。因此,只有适时了解农村富余劳动力异地转移的特点,政府才能够综合应用政府宏观调控和市场微观调节等各种措施有效转移农村富余劳动力。 It is very significant to transfer effectively surplus labor forces in rural area for raising revenue of farmers and building new socialist countryside. At present, surplus labor forces in rural area in Heilongjiang Province is mainly transferred to other places. It is inevitable to transfer surplus labor between different places in the progress of industrialization and urbanization. 0nly understanding the characteristics of the transfer of surplus labor forces in rural area, can government transfer surplus labor forces effectively through governmental macro-control and micro-adjustment of market.
