摘　　要： 根据公共选修课开设目的和高等医学院校公共选修课开设情况,分析了我校公共选修课目前在课程结构、教师和学生思想认识、课堂管理、教材、考试等方面存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了改革选修课课程体系、加强选修课教学管理、建立选修课监控和评价体系、支持选修课教材建设等方面一系列具体而有益的探索性建议。 The essay analyzes the basic instance and the present universal problems about the course structure,the thoughts of teachers and students,the classroom management,textbooks,examinations of our university＇s selective courses,and gives some innovative advice about how to reform the course structure, strengthen the teaching management,establish monitoring and evaluation system and construct textbooks of the selective courses combined with its intent.
