摘　　要： 在关于晋商的研究中,泽潞商人没有受到足够的重视,以致晋中票商几成晋商的代名词。实际上,明清泽潞商人以经营盐铁、丝绸等闻名天下,同时在地区性贸易活动中扮演了重要角色。更为重要的是,从区域社会史的视角,即在区域社会变迁的具体情境和脉络中去理解,而非从传统的商业史视角去思考,可能为晋商研究提供新的思路。 In these years, many studies focused on the merchants in central part of Shanxi Province in Ming and Qing dynasties, while the merchants in southeast Shanxi were neglected by scholars. Actually, the merchants in southeast Shanxi, named Ze and Lu prefectures merchants, were famous in the trade of salt, iron and silk. They played an important role in the regional business and also participated in local service actively as well. More importantly, from the perspectives of regional history studies, it will offer a new way for the studies of Shanxi merchants if we could understand it in the context and line of the transition of regional society.
