摘 要: 目的建立水中毒死蜱的气相色谱测定方法。方法水中的毒死蜱经二氯甲烷萃取后,用火焰光度检测气相色谱法测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果方法的线性范围为0.20~15.00mg/L,r=0.9999,回收率为94.1%~101.9%,RSD为3.7%~7.3%,检出限为0.3μg/L。结论该方法灵敏,准确,并能很好地排除干扰,可满足水中痕量毒死蜱的测定。 Objective To develop a gas chromatography method to determine chlorpyrifos in water. Methods Chlorpyrifos was determined by GC-FPD after extraction by dichlommethane. Qualitative analysis was done by retention time and quantitative analysis by external standard curve. Results The linear range of the method was 0.20-15.00 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the rates of recovery were 94.1%-101.9%, the relative standard deviations were 3.7%-7.3%.The detection limit was 0.3μg/L. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate, able to eliminate the interferences and suitable for determination of trace chlorpyrifos in water.
