摘 要: 主要针对一些局部难以弯曲成形以及取料困难的零件,通过对模具结构的改进,增加了水平方向翻边和局部弹性退料装置,从而达到减少工序,方便操作的目的;并且通过理论分析,确定了水平翻边和局部弹性退料的合理尺寸以及最佳时机。 In terms of parts that are hard to bend and hard to be taken out of die, die structure improvement of horizontal flanging and partial elastic discharging device were implemented to reduce process procedures and facilitate operations. Reasonable die structure dimension and optimum time of flanging and discharging were determined through theoretical analysis.
