摘 要: 为了探讨减量训练对骨骼肌供能系统的影响。将成年S.D雄性大鼠52只,随机分为2组:正常对照组(NC,16只)和快速力量训练组(PT—Power training,36只)。快速力量训练6周后,PT组又分为训练对照组(PTC,12只)、减量训练1组(PTT1,12只)和减量训练2组(PTT2,12只),PTC组继续原训练,PTT1组和PTT2组进行6周减量训练,最后对左侧后腿腓肠肌进行组织化学实验,观察减少不同的训练强度对大鼠骨骼肌能量供应系统的影响。结果表明:以原训练强度的80%减量训练主要影响了机体的磷酸原供能系统,使其能力有所降低,而有氧代谢能力得到改善;以原训练强度的50%减量训练使原有的训练效果丧失,肌肉的无氧供能能力明显减弱,有氧供能比例明显加大。 The investigation focuses on the effects of reduced training on Energy-providing System of Skeletal Muscle. S. D rats which were adult and male, were randomly divided into 2 groups, that is: normal control group (NC,16), and power training group (PT,36). After power training of 6 weeks, PT was divided into control group (PTC, 12), taper group 1 (PTY1,12) and taper group 2(PTT2).PTC group continued the former training. PTrl and PTT2 had reducing intensity training of 6 weeks. At the end, the gastrocnemius muscle was used to conducted thehistochemistry and observed the effects of reducing intensity training on energy-providing system of skeletal muscle. Several conclusions can be drawn on as follows: after 6-week training with 80% of former intensity, it mostly affected the anaerobic metabolism. It makes the ability of anaerobic metabolism decreased and aerobic metabolism improved. After 6w training with 50% of former intensity, it makes the good effects of former training disappeared, and the bad effect of the reducing training appeared.
