摘 要: 为了提高天然锰矿从水中吸附重金属离子的能力,分别通过草酸改性法、水合肼改性法、柠檬酸改性法及硫酸改性法制备了4种改性锰矿,比较研究了改性锰矿和天然锰矿对Cu^2+的pH-吸附曲线和pH=5.0及pH=6.0条件下的吸附等温线。结果表明,与天然锰矿相比,Cu^2+在改性锰矿上的pH-吸附曲线及pH50明显地向低PH方向偏移,饱和吸附量提高0.5—5.5倍,改性效果由大到小的顺序为草酸改性法锰矿≈柠檬酸改性法锰矿〉水合肼改性法锰矿〉硫酸改性法锰矿。吸附Cu^2+后的改性锰矿能方便地用稀酸进行解吸再生。改性锰矿有望成为处理含重金属离子废水的新型吸附材料。 To improve the natural manganese ore's ability to adsorb heavy metal ions from water, four manganese ores were modified by performance modification methods such as oxalic acid method, hydrazine hydrate method, citric acid method and sulfuric acid method. A comparison study was made between the modified manganese ores and the nature manganese ores on the Cu^2 + adsorption curves in the relation to pH value and the adsorption isotherm curves at pH = 0.5 and pH =6.0respectively. The results show that, compared to the natural manganese ores, the modified manganese ores have pH -adsorption curves with the middle pH values evidently biased toward lower pH values and the saturated adsorption amount increased by 1.5 - 6.5 times. The modified effect of manganese ores is in a sequence from great to small of the manganese ore modified by oxalic acid method ≈ that by citric acid method 〉 that by hydrazine hydrate method 〉 that by sulfuric acid method. The modified manganese ore that has adsorbed Cu^2+ can easily be regenerated by dilute acid desorption and is expected to become a new type adsorbing material for treating the waste water containing heavy metal ions.
