摘　　要： 建筑物模型在三维城市模型(3DCM)中占有相当大的比重,建筑物模型多细节层次(LOD)的建立和表达直接关系到三维城市模型的整体显示效率和真实表现力,是三维城市模型的重要研究内容之一。本文从建筑物模型的纹理特征和几何结构出发,论述了建筑物LOD模型的建立原则,并从应用角度就建筑物各个细节层次模型的特点、应用范围与数据获取等方面进行了分析。 Building models can provide vivid geometric structure and the photo-realistic surface texture presentation,they account for a large proportion of 3D City Models(3DCM).From the user application point of view,different application needs different detailed level of building models.So the research on multiple detailed levels representation of building models is very important in 3DCM application.This paper gives some modeling principles for modeling the detailed levels of buildings based on the geometry and texture characteristics of buildings.Furthermore,the paper analyses the characteristics,applicability,data acquire method of every different LOD model of buildings.
