摘 要: 用单辊甩带法和旋转液体纺绩法分别制备了Al-Ti-B中间合金薄带和细线,研究快速凝固处理对中间合金组织和细化效果的影响。结果发现:采用快速凝固方法处理Al-Ti-B中间合金可提高Ti在!-Al基体中的固溶度,细化TiAl3相和分散TiB2粒子,从而显著提高其细化效果。分别添加0.2%(质量分数)的Al-Ti-B快淬薄带和Al-Ti-B细线处理工业纯铝,可获得粒径约为50~100"m的等轴晶组织。旋转水纺绩法可连续生产线径均匀的线材,比单辊甩带法更具有实用化前景。 Al-Ti-B master alloy ribbon and wire were fabricated by the melt spinning (MS) and In-rotating liquid spinning (INROLISP) method, respectively. And the influence of rapid solidification processing (RSP) on microstructure and grain refinement of the master alloy is investigated. Results show that RSP can increase the solid solubility of Ti in the α-Al matrix, refine TiAl3 phase and disperse TiB2 particles in Al-Ti-B alloy, and thus improve its grain refining performance significantly. The equiaxed grain in the commercial pure AI ingot is about 50-60 μm and 50-100 μm in diameter after treated with 0.2wt.% Al-Ti-B ribbon and wire, respectively. Comparatively, INROLISP method is a more prospective industrial technology.
