摘 要: 用超声分散法制备了球形与树枝状铋纳米晶体;用电子显微镜考察了样品的形貌及树枝状纳晶的生长方向,用XRD研究了其晶型与结构,并提出了可能的反应机制;最后用四球试验机考察了其用作润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能。结果表明:这种纳米粉末用作润滑油添加剂具用良好的抗磨性能。 Spherical and dendritic Bi nanocrystals were prepared by ultrasonic dispersion method. The morphology, growing direction, crystal shape of the sample were studied by transmission electron microscopy ( TEM ) , high-resolution TEM ( HRTEM ), electron diffraction ( ED), X-ray diffraction ( XRD), respectively. The possible growing mechanism was proposed. Result shows that the powders have an excellent antiwear property as lubricating oil additive by tribological test.
