摘 要: 研究了菌龄对恶臭假单胞菌5-x(P.putida5-x)表面壁膜系统吸附Cu2+能力的影响.结果表明,不同生长期细胞的壁膜对Cu2+吸附能力有显著差异,18h的最低,之后随着菌龄增加而上升,在36h达到最大.细胞壁膜的主要组分肽聚糖(PEG)层、外膜和内膜是细胞壁膜吸附Cu2+的主要场所.细胞壁膜的Cu2+吸附能力随菌龄变化的主要原因是壁膜中的外膜、内膜与PEG层的含量以及外膜和内膜对Cu2+的吸附能力随菌龄的变化.细胞外膜的主要成分磷脂和脂多糖的含量,以及内膜的主要成分磷脂的含量随菌龄的变化是导致不同菌龄细胞外膜和内膜的Cu2+吸附能力有显著差异的主要原因. The cause of Cu2. adsorption capacity of Pseudomonas putida 5-x change with cell age was studied. The lowest value of copper absorption capacity of cell membranes appeared at 18h, then began to increase with cell age and reached highest value at 36h. The cell the peptidoglycan (PEG) layer, outer and inner membranes were the main components of cell adsorption of to the Cu^2+. The variation of the adsorption capacity of cell envelop was related with the variation of the contents and the adsorption capacities of the outer and inner membranes. The variation of the main components phospholipid and lipopolysaccharide content in the cell outer membrane, and phospholipid content in the inner membrane with cell age were important causes leading to marked difference of Cu^2+ adsorption capacities of the outer and inner membranes in different cell ages.
